Top 5 bands Kaitlin recommends you see at Warped Tour!

Big D and the Kids Table Warped tour is already almost over, but there are still some more dates. Not sure who to see? I went to Warped Tour yesterday, and I’ve got you covered!

Top 5 bands in no particular order:

1. Big D and the Kids Table: This Boston ska/punk band knows how to have a good time! You can find them on the Hurley.com stage for the entire tour. If you’re looking for a good time check them out!

2. Therefore I Am: Although they may not have the biggest crowd, they sure know how to rock! One thing they really know how to do, is put on a show. Check them out on the Skullcandy Stage.

3. Bouncing Souls: The Bouncing Souls celebrated their 20th anniversary this year. What else is there to say? One of the best punk rock bands out there, and they’re really awesome live! They’re playing on the main stage which means a 40 minute set!

4. Black Tide: While listening to these guys, you may find yourself thinking that you’re listening to a classic metal band… They even have a Metallica cover! Although they’re young, they know how to shred! Watch for them on the Hurley.com stage.

…and last, but CERTAINLY not LEAST…

5. Less Than Jake: Hands down, best performance of the day (in my opinion). They don’t just get up their and play, they entertain! The crowd is definitely involved, but watch out, people go crazy skanking! Less Than Jake is also on the main stage, which is a good thing since they have so many awesome songs!

These weren’t the only bands I saw, merely my top 5 of the day. Other bands I saw throughout the day, and would recommend include: Westbound Train, Streetlight Manifesto, Meg and Dia, and definitely punk greats, Bad Religion.
