Chicago-based mostly metal label Victory Records has recently signed Before There Was Rosalyn to the roster! Yup, on July 15th they were officially part of the family. You can read the blog post from the band here.
We are very happy to announce that after much prayer and deliberation, we have signed with Victory Records out of Chicago Illinois, and joined an extensive family that includes such great bands as Silverstein, Comeback Kid, and even A Day To Remember.
So, what can we expect from Before There Was Rosalyn? Well, they are a stomper metal band out of Houston, Texas. Although no signs of an album yet, I’m sure Victory will be sure to have one for us soon. They’re one of those bands that completely enjoys what they’re doing, and shows it by writing 5 to 7 minute long songs. They also worship in the name of god, and makes sure every knows that “This is a ministry first, and a band second.”
Comprised of Carlos Salazar (vox), Trent Gibson (guitar), Greg Sanzo (bass), Mark Bolling (drums), and Jeremy Wurts, this is a band “that strives to become more than just the sum of their parts.”
I, personally, love them and hope that all y’all will give them love and a chance to be all that they can be.
